01
PILLAR 01

The 12-Week Custom Plan

Built around your level, your goals, and your schedule. Whether you're stepping on a board for the first time or trying to fix a broken Ollie, you don't get a generic PDF. You get a customized roadmap engineered specifically for where you are right now.

02
PILLAR 02

Weekly Training Structure

No guessing. Just execution. You'll know exactly what to do in your driveway or at the park. Every week, you get a fresh set of clear drills with on-demand video breakdowns so you always know what to practice and how it should look.

03
PILLAR 03

Precision Video Feedback (2x a Week)

Stop practicing bad habits. Send in clips of your attempts twice a week and get your footage analyzed. I'll break down exactly where your foot placement, shoulder alignment, or timing is failing so you can fix it immediately.

04
PILLAR 04

Bi-Weekly 1-on-1 Coaching Calls

Real-time bottleneck removal. Every two weeks, we jump on a live video call to actively adjust your plan based on your performance. We continuously calibrate your blueprint to eliminate whatever mental or physical blocks are holding you back.

SECTION 03 / BRIEFING — THE COACH

15+ YEARS ON THE BOARD. 100% FOCUSED ON ADULTS.

I've been skating for over 15 years. I used to teach classes from little kids to adults. But today, I exclusively coach adult beginners. Here is why.

THE "JUST SEND IT" MYTH

A few years ago, a friend decided he wanted to learn to skate. He was incredibly enthusiastic, put in a massive amount of effort, watched all the tutorials, and tried everything. But it wasn't working. Despite his dedication, he kept hitting a wall, and eventually, he took a bad slam and got badly injured.

THE ADULT REALITY

Watching him struggle made me realize something crucial: learning to skate later in life is a completely different game. When you're younger, you can fall, get up, and keep going. But as an adult, one bad fall can take you out for weeks—and that completely changes how you approach learning. On top of that, you don't have the luxury of spending endless hours at the park figuring things out. When your sessions are limited, what you do during them matters a lot more. There is also the mental hurdle, which is something almost everyone feels when they start later. You show up, and it feels like everyone else already knows what they're doing. It makes it way harder to just go out and practice comfortably. Most people try to push through by just "practicing more"... but without knowing what to focus on, you end up repeating the same mistakes. That's usually why progress feels so slow. When you combine all of this—limited time, higher physical risk, social pressure, and no clear structure—it's no surprise that most adult beginners get stuck.

ENGINEERING THE SOLUTION

I knew there had to be a better way. To fix this, I looked at skateboarding through a different lens. Drawing a bit from my background in the gym and martial arts, I realized the missing piece was structure. Instead of just telling him to "try harder," I started breaking skateboarding down into calculated learning phases. I brought in targeted mobility and specific exercises, and built a custom method for my roommate that bypassed the endless trial and error so it actually fit his adult reality.

THE RESULT

The difference was night and day. He bypassed the injuries and progressed faster than he ever did trying to figure it out himself. I realized there were thousands of adults out there facing the exact same struggle. That is why I stopped teaching kids, started my Instagram, and built The Adult Skate Academy.

STOP TRIAL & ERROR. START SKATING.

One call. One blueprint. Twelve weeks to full board control.

SECTION 04 / ABOUT

ABOUT THE ACADEMY

01 / OUR APPROACH

A Technical Path, Not Trial & Error

The Adult Skate Academy is designed specifically for people starting or returning to skating later in life. We know that adults learn differently, so we’ve moved away from the “trial and error” method in favor of a technical, step-by-step system. Our goal is to provide a clear path to board control that respects your time and focuses on steady, safe progression.

02 / THE COACHING TEAM

One Coach. Twelve Weeks. Hands-On.

We operate as a collective of active instructors who work directly with our students. When you join a class, you are paired with a coach who is with you for the full 12 weeks. Your instructor is hands-on throughout the entire process:

  • Personalized Planning

We work with you to build a 12-week roadmap that fits your specific goals and baseline.

  • Technique Analysis

Your instructor personally reviews your practice footage twice a week to help you fine-tune your movements.

  • Direct Support

We meet for 1-on-1 coaching calls every two weeks to talk through your progress and adjust your drills as you improve.

All of our coaches are active instructors, teaching classes and working directly with students alongside the rest of the team. We’re all skaters first, and we’re here to make sure you have everything you need to reach your goals.

SECTION 06 / FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before booking your strategy call.

Absolutely not. The Adult Skate Academy is designed specifically for people starting or returning to skating later in life. We focus on adult-specific mechanics and safety to ensure your progression is steady and sustainable.
Yes. Our system is built to take you from your very first push to total board control. We use a series of technical 'micro-steps' to build your confidence and skills from the ground up.
The program is designed to fit into a busy adult schedule. When you fill out your intake questionnaire, you can let us know if you can commit to 1-2 days, 3-4 days, or more. Your instructor will then engineer your 12-week custom roadmap to match that reality.
Twice a week, you'll send in short clips of your practice sessions. Your instructor personally reviews your footage to provide precision analysis of your form. This allows us to catch mechanical errors and correct your technique before bad habits develop.
Every two weeks, you will meet with your instructor for a live video call. These sessions are for 'bottleneck removal'—we talk through any mental blocks, physical hurdles, or technical questions you have. We use this time to calibrate your blueprint and ensure you are ready for the next set of drills.
You'll need a skateboard and a full set of safety gear (helmet, wrist guards, knee pads, and elbow pads). As part of your onboarding, we provide a 'gear check' list to make sure your setup is appropriate for your goals. We also review your current gear on your intake form to see if any adjustments are needed.
Safety and injury prevention are core pillars of the Academy. On your intake form, you will have the opportunity to detail any past injuries (ankles, knees, wrists, etc.). We take this information into account when building your custom drills to ensure we are training in a way that respects your physical reality.
Once you are enrolled, you will receive access to our Training Platform. This is your central hub for your 12-week blueprint, weekly training structures, and on-demand video breakdowns for every drill.
